I don't remember when I quilted this one but it was fairly recently (comparatively) when my machine was still in the basement. At least I did take a photo of it while the quilting was in progress.
This rail fence beauty sat mostly folded up on the back of my couch for more than a year. I finished quilting it in March 2021 and I only just finished stitching the binding in the last couple weeks. I would work on it off and on and honestly it was mostly off! It was a pattern that I saw in American Patchwork and Quilting magazine and it was a design by Kathie Holland. I really love this quilt and I love it even more because it is quilted using a Baptist Fan panto.
It has found a home with my youngest son. He recently moved into a two bedroom house and it will be perfect for the second bedroom. I think he was happy to receive it. 😀
