Postage Stamp Quilt

It's been almost a year since I last posted because I guess I just didn't have too much to share when it comes to quilting. Of course, in this year of Covid there has been a lot happening and some of it has not been very good at all but hopefully better days are ahead!

I have occasionally been popping into my sewing room over the past year and it has been happening a lot more frequently over the past couple of weeks. Maybe my quilting mojo has returned - it would make me very happy if it has!!!

I have a lot of ongoing quilt projects in different stages of completion just waiting for some love and I also have several flimsies that are finished and ready for quilting. I thought it would be nice to have some quick and easy finishes so I picked up my postage stamp flimsy and got it on the frame and quilted it. It really did feel quite good to work on it. I'll be spending the next couple of evenings admiring the quilt while hand stitching the binding to the back. 😊

So glad that you are quilting again. It can be hard to keep motivation going these days, but having such a happy accomplishment to enjoy should help you to find the next quilt ready to be finished.

So happy to have you back in Blogland and quilting. I am really not a pink girl but this quilt I do love. It's a real eye-candy. Congrats on getting it quilted. ;^)
